The church moved into its current Main Street location in 1909 and has grown through several expansions, most recently adding an Activities Building and expanded Sunday School classrooms in the 1990s. Today, the congregation offers three Sunday worship services, including a summer Eucharist service, a bluegrass worship service, and a traditional service, alongside regular community outreach through events like Wednesday night suppers, the JOY Group, and blood drives. The sanctuary is adorned with 16 stained glass windows donated by families in honor of loved ones, and the church includes the Smith-Tillett Chapel, named after a faithful member whose legacy continues to support the church's vibrant ministry to both year-round residents and seasonal visitors in Highlands.
