St. John's offers two distinct worship experiences each Sunday—a contemporary service at 9:27 a.m. in the Faith Center featuring modern music and multimedia, and a traditional service at 11 a.m. in the Sanctuary rooted in Lutheran liturgical heritage, supported by a historic 72-rank Casavant organ. Both services are livestreamed online, and the church provides extensive accessibility accommodations including elevators, handicap parking, shuttle service from Trinity Oaks, closed captioning, and nursery care for children. New visitors are encouraged to introduce themselves to the pastors and are invited to attend an Encounter Class to learn about the congregation's ministries and beliefs.
