Churches in Jenks, OK

For a first Sunday visit, mornings tend to start in a fairly standard window. Among churches that share a Sunday schedule, some begin before midmorning, while others gather later in the morning, with no shared start times at 11 AM or after. If you are bringing children or teens, it is worth looking closely at churches that mention kids ministry, youth group, or small groups, since those are common connection points here. A couple of churches also mention a Wednesday gathering, which can be a lower-pressure way to meet people beyond Sunday. Beaver Street Southern Baptist describes a full program of ministries and services for the entire family, while Newspring Family Church is described as a welcoming community of believers.

What stands out is how often churches in Jenks describe themselves around welcome, discipleship, relationships, and serving others. Several speak plainly about being a community, not just a place for worship. Jenks Church emphasizes the presence of God and activating its community to impact others, while First Baptist Church of Jenks describes bringing God’s grace into everyday life. The overall feel is practical, relational, and rooted in faith.
