North Ten Mile Baptist Church is one of the oldest congregations in Southwestern Pennsylvania, with roots tracing back to 1773 when early settlers from England and Scotland established the first log meeting house along Ten Mile Creek. The church has grown from those humble beginnings through four successive buildings, with the present brick structure completed in 1904 and expanded in 1993. Under the pastoral leadership of Pastor Wesley Kavanagh, the congregation gathers for Sunday morning worship at 10:45 AM preceded by Bible school at 9:45 AM, and midweek prayer and Bible study on Wednesday evenings. North Ten Mile Baptist Church describes itself as a Gospel community of Trinitarian believers committed to the Great Commission, emphasizing salvation through grace alone, faith alone, Christ alone, and Scripture alone.
