About Samaritian Fellowship

Samaritan Fellowship is a Carlisle-based nonprofit ministry dedicated to serving families in need since 1958. The organization carries out its mission by providing emergency assistance with shelter, utilities, medical care, fuel, vehicle repair, food, clothing, and other essential services to families in the Carlisle Area School District, South Middleton School District, and Middlesex Township. Through in-person interviews conducted by stewards and board members, Samaritan Fellowship evaluates requests and works to help those who have exhausted other available resources. The fellowship operates with a commitment to compassion and community support, welcoming those in crisis to seek assistance through a structured application process.
