Holy Trinity Orthodox Church was founded in 1914 by Carpatho-Hungarian immigrants in New Salem, Pennsylvania, and continues to serve the Uniontown area as part of the Orthodox Church in America. The parish is rooted in traditional Orthodox worship and community service, offering Sunday Divine Liturgy, adult education on Wednesday evenings, and seasonal services including Great Lent observances. Beyond worship, the church fosters fellowship through coffee hours, organizes pilgrimages to Orthodox seminaries and monasteries, sponsors food drives, and hosts an annual festival celebrating the Dormition of the Theotokos.
