St. Therese's Parish in Shavertown is a vibrant Roman Catholic community united in faith centered on the Eucharist, Scripture, and prayer. Led by Fr. Joseph Pisaneschi, the parish welcomes all who wish to join their family of believers, whether visiting occasionally or attending regularly. The community is rooted in word, worship, service, and community, empowered by the Holy Spirit to share God's love in everyday life. Beyond Sunday Mass, St. Therese's offers daily Mass, reconciliation, anointing of the sick, faith formation through R.C.I.A., and numerous ministries including bereavement support, a prayer shawl ministry, and outreach programs such as food drives and a Christmas giving tree.
