About Catholic Harvest Food Pantry
Catholic Harvest Food Pantry is a non-profit organization serving the greater York community by providing food distributions and personal care items to those experiencing food insecurity. Operating one of the largest food pantries in York County, the organization is unique in its area for making at least one food distribution available each weekday, serving more than 850 families monthly. Supported by four key Catholic churches—Immaculate Conception (St. Mary's), St. Rose of Lima, St. Patrick's, and St. Joseph's—as well as local businesses and community members, the pantry offers scheduled weekday evening distributions, walk-up Thursday morning distributions, and a mobile pantry service that brings resources to distribution sites across York County. Beyond emergency food assistance, the pantry provides personal hygiene items, birthday kits for children, and special holiday meal programs including the annual YorkGiving Thanksgiving distribution, which served over 2,000 households in 2023.

Dress Code: Not specified — please contact the church directly. Service Format: Food distributions are held Monday through Friday evenings from 6:00–7:00 PM, with walk-up distributions on the first and third Thursday mornings from 9 AM–noon, and afternoon distributions on select Mondays and Fridays. To schedule a distribution, call 717-846-8571 option 1 weekdays between 9–11 AM. Visitor Tips: Households may receive a food distribution once every 30 days. The pantry also offers mobile pantry services by calling 717-846-8571 option 3 to arrange delivery to distribution sites throughout York County.
