St. John the Evangelist is an Episcopal parish located along the waterfront in Newport's historic Point neighborhood, welcoming all people regardless of background. Sunday services begin at 9:00 a.m., followed by a Coffee Hour in the Guild Hall, with midweek liturgies offered at noon. Under the leadership of Father Kevin Beesley and Director of Music Mark Johnson, the church cultivates a deep commitment to liturgy, music, and demonstrating Christ's love through engagement with both parishioners and neighbors.
