About Hill City Church
Hill City Church is a non-denominational congregation located in Providence, Rhode Island, committed to sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ while actively engaging with and serving their local community. Founded in 1995 as New Covenant Worship Center by Bishop Dr. Joseph Quainoo and Rev. Dr. Vanessa Quainoo, the church was relaunched as Hill City Church in 2019 with a vision to bring spiritual and social change to the Northeast. Under the leadership of Pastor Edward Goveia and a team of dedicated elders, Hill City Church emphasizes both spiritual growth and practical ministry, connecting people through small groups, prayer, neighborhood involvement, and a commitment to social justice.
