About Vedanta Society-Providence
Vedanta Society-Providence offers regular opportunities for meditation, study, worship, and service in the Vedanta tradition. Weekly gatherings include Tuesday and Friday evening meditation and study classes, along with Saturday morning Karma Yoga. Swami Yogatmananda conducts a monthly Satsang with worship, music, and discussion. The society also supports spiritual learning through a library and bookstore, with books on Vedanta, other religions, metaphysics, and philosophy. A children’s program was planned to restart in November 2023, and personal or group guidance in meditation and spiritual life is available by appointment.
