Sfameni in 1989, the church began in a small storefront and now operates from a converted jewelry factory on Veazie Street, serving people from over 30 different nations. The church emphasizes reaching the lost, restoring the broken, and reviving believers through Scripture-filled preaching, dynamic worship, and intentional Life Groups. Victory offers ministries for all ages, from nursery care through senior fellowship, along with community outreach including a soup kitchen.
