Holy Spirit Catholic Church is a welcoming Catholic parish serving Johns Island and the surrounding Lowcountry communities. Dress Code: Not specified — please contact the church directly. Service Format: Weekend Mass is offered Saturday at 5:30 pm, Sunday at 9:00 am and 11:00 am, and Sunday in Spanish at 1:00 pm; daily Mass is available Monday–Friday at 8:30 am and Saturday at 9:00 am. The parish also offers Eucharistic Adoration on Thursdays and Reconciliation multiple times weekly. Visitor Tips: Children are always welcome at Mass; families with young children often find the 9:00 am Sunday Mass a good fit, and a Mary Room in the Narthex provides a comfortable space for parents with restless children.
