Baptist Student Ministry at Texas State is a student-led Christian organization dedicated to engaging college students in faith and discipleship. The ministry operates as an extension of local area churches, partnering with Baptist associations and Texas Baptists to create opportunities for students to connect with one another, grow spiritually, and serve both on campus and beyond. The organization emphasizes three core pillars: connecting students through weekly fellowship and Scripture study, growing disciples through Bible studies and evangelism training, and serving through campus ministry and mission work across Texas, the nation, and internationally. BSM aims to equip students with the knowledge and heart to love the world, minister to many, and mentor others throughout their lives.
