Churches in Herriman, UT

For a first Sunday visit, expect the known morning gatherings to fall in the 10–11 AM window, with Salt + Light Church meeting for Sunday worship at 10:30 AM at Hawthorn Academy. If you are coming with children, several churches mention kids ministry, and a handful also offer youth group options, which can make visiting easier for families and teens. Contemporary worship is common among the churches with a described style, while traditional worship is present too. Non-denominational options such as Copper Hills Church and Salt + Light Church may appeal to visitors looking for a broadly Christian setting, while Latter-day Saint congregations offer a Christ-centered community shaped around service and spiritual growth.

What stands out is the strong emphasis on Jesus-centered growth, service, and welcome. Several churches describe themselves around helping people grow closer to God, build life-changing relationships with Jesus, or serve others. Families will also notice the presence of kids ministry and youth group opportunities. Herriman YSA 1st & 2nd Wards adds a focused place for young single adults within The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
