About UKirk Presbyterian Campus Ministry

UKirk Presbyterian Campus Ministry at Virginia Tech is a vibrant community of students seeking to follow Christ with energy, intelligence, imagination, and love. Gathering every Tuesday evening from 6-8 pm at Cooper House, the group shares a free homecooked meal and engages in prayer, worship, small group discussion, and fellowship. The ministry emphasizes both spiritual growth and practical service, offering Bible studies, creative worship experiences, and mission projects in collaboration with local churches and nonprofits. UKirk celebrates an inclusive, affirming community that welcomes students of all backgrounds, orientations, and identities, and explicitly creates space for those with doubts and hard questions. The organization is supported by four partner Presbyterian churches in the New River Valley, reflecting a commitment to faithful community life rooted in Christ's love.
