About Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church ELCA
Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, located at the corner of Buckeye and Vista in Spokane, has served its West Valley neighborhood since 1950 with a commitment to sharing God's care and helping all know Jesus as Lord, Savior, and Friend. The congregation welcomes all people to receive God's grace and offers a Traditional Service on Sunday mornings, which is also streamed live on Facebook for those worshiping from home. Zion provides a diverse range of programs designed to nurture spiritual growth, support its members, and strengthen community connections through ministries, education, and outreach. Led by Pastor Bob Kenyon, who brings over 46 years of pastoral experience, the church emphasizes Word and Sacrament ministry and relationship-building.
