About Gateway Christian Education Center
Gateway Christian Education Center is a licensed childcare and educational ministry serving families in Saint Albans with programs for children ages 6 weeks through 12 years. As part of Gateway Christian Church, the center provides safe, Christ-centered care that intentionally nurtures each child's social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and spiritual development. The center is led by Director Brittany Saporito and Assistant Director Emily Parrish, who foster strong partnerships with families through consistent communication and open relationships. Programs are designed around the belief that children are precious gifts from God created in His image, with faith woven naturally into daily learning through prayer, worship, Bible teaching, and interactions that reflect Christ's love. The center maintains West Virginia DHHR compliance, appropriate teacher-child ratios, and staff trained in CPR and First Aid, while providing meals through the Child and Adult Care Food Program.
