Churches in Mauston, WI

For a first Sunday visit, plan for a traditional worship setting at most churches in Mauston. Among churches with shared Sunday schedules, services begin in the midmorning range, with some starting between 9 and 10 and others between 10 and 11. Families may want to ask ahead about children’s ministry, since a couple of congregations offer kids ministry, and one has a youth group. If you are visiting Bible Baptist Church, expect a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with worship and biblical teaching. United Methodist Church may be a good fit if you value worship connected with community service. Our Lady Of The Lake Catholic Church is the Catholic option for those seeking that tradition.

What stands out in Mauston is the range of traditions without a complicated church landscape. Traditional worship connects the congregations, while each church has a distinct emphasis: biblical teaching at Bible Baptist Church, Methodist worship and service at United Methodist Church, Catholic community at Our Lady Of The Lake, caring support at Grace Community Church, and Wesleyan-Holiness roots at the Church of the Nazarene.
