What to Expect at Christ's Church of the Valley (CCV) - Avondale

Welcome to CCV Avondale! As a first-time visitor, here's what you can expect:

Dress Code: CCV has a casual, come-as-you-are atmosphere. You'll see people dressed in anything from jeans and t-shirts to business casual. Feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable.

Arriving and Checking In: When you arrive, look for the Guest Services tent where friendly volunteers will greet you, provide you with a welcome gift, and answer any questions you may have. If you're bringing kids, you'll need to check them in at the kids' check-in kiosks. Allow 15-20 minutes to get settled before the service starts.

Service Format: The service lasts about an hour and includes contemporary worship music, an inspiring message from the pastor, and opportunities for prayer and reflection. You're welcome to participate as much or as little as you'd like. Communion is offered during most services for those who wish to partake.

Kids and Students: Excellent programs are available for infants through high school students during all service times. Your kids will enjoy age-appropriate teaching, activities, and small groups led by caring volunteers.
