St. Andrew Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral, founded in 1949, serves as a vibrant spiritual and community center in Silver Spring, Maryland. The parish welcomes all people to join their bilingual Sunday services conducted in both Ukrainian and English, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The cathedral is deeply engaged in parish life through numerous ministries including a choir, Sunday school, youth programs, dance school, and a gift shop. Beyond worship, the church operates an active humanitarian center dedicated to supporting Ukraine, accepting donations of medical supplies, clothing, and other necessities.
