Originally established as St. Andrews Mission in 1956 by communicants of Christ Church, the parish was granted full parish status in 1964 and renamed Saint Francis in the early 1980s. The church is deeply rooted in spiritual growth, community service, and vibrant worship, guided by their mission to love one another and serve God's kingdom through discipleship, prayer, education, and fellowship. Under the leadership of The Rev. Vivian Shelby, who began her tenure in June 2026, Saint Francis offers multiple worship opportunities and a variety of ministries designed to serve people of all ages and backgrounds.
