Founded as St. Andrews mission in 1956 by members of Christ Church, the parish was granted full parish status in 1964 and renamed St. Francis in the early 1980s. The church is dedicated to promoting spiritual growth through education and worship, reaching out in service to the community, and providing vibrant ministries for children, youth, and adults. Under the leadership of Rector The Rev. Vivian Shelby, St. Francis invites all to join in worship and discover a loving community committed to loving God, loving their neighbor, and changing the world through faith and service.
