About Catholic Student Center
The Catholic Student Center at the University of Maryland welcomes members of the campus community to encounter Jesus Christ through spiritual formation, meaningful community, and service. Located at 4141 Guilford Drive in College Park, the center offers Mass multiple times weekly, with Wednesday evening Mass at 5:30pm followed by a free dinner and community activities. The staff, including chaplain Fr. Conrad Murphy and several campus ministers, are dedicated to helping students become fully alive in their faith through authentic discipleship, purposeful community, and apostolic witness. The center operates extended hours during the academic semester and invites all students—whether seeking spiritual deepening or simply community—to make it their home away from home.
